We are now hosting Dynamic Yoga classes 4 times a week here at Flexa Clinic with our Yoga Instructor Brad Roach.

Dynamic Yoga is a great way to improve yourself in all areas of life from spiritual and mental growth to the many physical benefits such as;

  • Improved Posture
  • Improved Balance
  • Improved Flexibility, Mobility and Dexterity
  • Increase in strength and control of bodyweight movements
  • Improved respiration, energy and vitality
  • Prevention of injuries and rehabilitating past or present injuries
  • weight reduction

These classes will take place on:

Monday and a Wednesday at 2:30- 3:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-6:00pm
